About Ann-Marie
Ann-Marie is a certified holistic nutritionist with over five years of experience. What brought her into nutrition, was having a difficult relationship with food throughout her childhood. With that, she spent many years educating herself formally and within her own free time to understand food and nutrition and how they can contribute to overall health. She believes there is no one size fits all diet when it comes to food and that balance is essential for a sustainable lifestyle change.

Initial Nutritional Consultation $160
1- hour nutritional assessment includes:
- Nutrit-body® Assessment and review
- Discussion about nutrition/wellness goals
- Discussion about health history
- Review of food log (filled out prior to session)
- Weigh-in (optional)
- Four-week detailed nutritional protocol* (provided within two business days after initial assessment)
- Supplemental & herbal recommendations
- Bi-weekly follow-up via email
Follow-up Consultation $80
30 min follow-up includes:
- Revisions and updates to protocol (provided within one business day after session)
- Nutri-body® Reassesment (if necessary)
- Discussion of your success and challenges during protocol
- Answer any questions and concerns
- Weigh-in (optional)
- Follow-up 2 weeks after session via email
