Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy, also known as colonics, is a gentle, natural way to cleanse the colon by introducing warm, filtered water to release built-up waste and toxins.
A clean, healthy colon matters. Without it, you may be more susceptible to constipation, sluggish motility, fatigue, digestive issues, and other health concerns. Colon hydrotherapy is a highly effective method to cleanse the colon and support healthy digestion, regularity, and overall wellness.
Session length varies between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on your needs and your experience with the therapy.

Infrared Sauna
60-minutes
Infrared sauna therapy uses gentle, radiant heat to warm your body from within, helping you relax, sweat, and release. Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared heat penetrates deeper at a more comfortable temperature, so you can sweat more vigorously without feeling overwhelmed.
Sessions are 60 minutes, with a 30-minute option on request. We adjust the temperature between 100 and 160°F based on your health status and preference.
Research suggests regular use may support weight management, metabolic health, and muscle recovery. The deep heat boosts circulation, supports lymphatic flow, and encourages natural detoxification through the skin. Many people enjoy it about three times a week.

Ultimate Detox Package
ABOUT 2 HOURS
The Ultimate Detox Package brings three of our most powerful therapies together in one visit, working in sequence to support your body’s natural detoxification from the inside out.
Your session begins with 30 minutes of PEMF therapy, using the Pulse PEMF X1 to support the nervous system and the cellular environment and prepare your body for deeper release.
Next comes colon hydrotherapy, 30 to 45 minutes depending on your needs, using the Angel of Water, an FDA cleared open system device. This gentle, private treatment cleanses the colon and supports healthy gut pathways.
You’ll finish with a 40-minute infrared sauna session. Deep, penetrating heat stimulates circulation, supports the lymphatic system, and encourages the body to release toxins through the skin as you sweat.
Together, these three services target the nervous system, the cellular environment, and the gut while supporting lymphatic flow and your body’s natural elimination pathways. The result is a full-body reset that leaves you feeling lighter, refreshed, and renewed.
