What is included in the Ultimate Detox Package?
- PEMF therapy — 40 minutes
- Full-spectrum infrared sauna — 30 minutes
- Colon hydrotherapy — 30 minutes
PEMF is always first. Infrared sauna and colon hydrotherapy can switch. The colonic is usually last because many people need the washroom after it. If you don’t, the sauna can come after the colonic.
Why these three together
This package is built around three jobs the body has to do in order: make energy at the cell, move fluid, then empty the bowel.
Most “detox” visits do one of those and call it a cleanse. A colonic only removes what is already in the large intestine. A sauna only increases circulation and sweating. PEMF only works at the tissue and cell. Separate, each one is incomplete. Together, they cover the path waste actually travels.
1. PEMF — cellular function
Cells need ATP to run pumps, repair membranes, and keep tissue from holding fluid. If that energy system is down, circulation and motility stay sluggish no matter how much heat or water you add later.
PEMF is first because it is the only step that works at that level. Studies have shown PEMF can increase mitochondrial respiration tied to ATP production and shift cellular energy use. That is the cellular environment piece. You are not “killing toxins” with a magnet. You are giving tissue a better chance to do its own work before you stress it with heat and irrigation.
2. Infrared sauna — circulation and lymph
Lymph has no central pump. It moves when blood flow, muscle activity, and tissue pressure change. Infrared heat expands blood vessels and increases peripheral circulation. That is why this is a full-spectrum infrared sauna, not a traditional hot-air box.
Far-infrared research in lymphedema has shown reduced limb swelling and less fluid, protein, and inflammatory material sitting in tissue. Other far-infrared work has shown better lymphatic circulation markers. That is the movement step: get blood and lymph going so fluid is not trapped in tissue.
Heat after PEMF is different than heat on a depleted system. You vasodilate tissue that has already been primed, instead of just overheating someone who already feels drained.
3. Colon hydrotherapy — gut motility and elimination
Circulation and lymph can move fluid. They cannot finish the job if the bowel is slow. The colon is the exit.
Colon hydrotherapy uses water to support motility and clear stool from the large intestine. Research in functional constipation has shown improved gastric motility after colon hydrotherapy. That matters because a backed-up colon is not just a toilet problem. Slow transit sits there while you keep circulating and heating the rest of the body.
That is why the colonic is usually last. You move the system first. Then you empty it. You also avoid putting someone in a 30-minute sauna right after a colonic if they are going to need the washroom every few minutes.
What this is not
This is not a liver flush, a heavy-metal protocol, or a substitute for the liver and kidneys. Those organs still do the chemical work. This package is targeted at the three bottlenecks people actually feel: low cellular energy, poor circulation and lymph movement, and poor elimination.
If those three are stuck, you feel bloated, sluggish, inflamed, heavy, and tired. That is the problem this session is built for.
Why infrared sauna instead of a traditional sauna?
Infrared heats tissue more directly. Traditional saunas mainly heat the air around you. This package needs circulation and lymphatic movement, not just a hot room.
Does this flush toxins?
It supports the systems that move waste: cells, circulation and lymph, then the bowel. That is the detox here. Not a magic purge.
Who is this package for?
This package is for people who feel:
- bloated
- sluggish
- inflamed
- stuck with poor elimination
- low energy
- off with sleep
- in pain throughout the body
It is also used for:
- weight loss support
- anti-aging
- longevity
- athletes who need recovery and circulation support
If you feel heavy, backed up, inflamed, and tired, this is the session built for that.
How long does a session take?
Expect to be here about 2 to 3 hours.
That includes the 40-minute PEMF, 30-minute infrared sauna, 30-minute colonic, and the time between therapies.
Will I feel tired after?
Yes. You just did three types of detox work in one visit. Most people feel drained.
That day is a rest day.
- Stay hydrated with electrolytes
- If food is tolerated, eat nutrient-dense food
- No alcohol
- No drug use that day
Electrolytes matter after this session. Magnesium, sodium, and potassium are essential.
Do not treat this like a workout you push through. Go home and recover.
How often should I do this?
You can do the Ultimate Detox Package up to twice a week.
How often you actually book it depends on how your body responds. Some people use it as a reset. Some use it as a regular weekly or twice-weekly protocol.
Do I need to prep?
Yes.
- Arrive hydrated
- Eat light the day of your session
- Avoid a heavy meal right before you come in
- Skip alcohol beforehand
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Tell us if you are menstruating, unwell, or not emptying regularly
Our services work better when you are not arriving depleted, stuffed, or hungover.
